The forecast has been predicting about 60cms of snow over the next 5 or so days. And today was day 1 with about 10 cms. It started overnight and kept coming. Still about -15C which is pretty cold for a lot of snow. The Gondola didn't open until about 1pm because of high winds. I managed to head up about 3pm for a run to check it out. Pretty great. Really light snow that you didn't even notice. And of course nobody on the hill. Could be a banner few day coming up, here at Kicking Horse.
