It has been a busy week at Vagabond Lodge. A family reunion with guests from mostly New Jersey and one family from California booked the entire Vagabond Lodge for 7 days. We don't do this very often and when we do, it is usually maximum 3 days. They were a great group ranging from early 20's to some in their 60's.
It was great to see them take advantage of all the great things to do in our area and they had great weather throughout the week.
For the finale friend and chef Caroline Green put on a feast for them at Vagabond Lodge starting with roasted summer squash and coconut soup with lime corn salsa. The entree was bison tenderloin, potatao and fennel pave, roast honey balsamic beets and for desert it was Okanagan peach galette with ice cream. Wow!!
