Today was the first of many this season. It was my first hike to the top of T2 which is the most southern peak on Kicking Horse Resort. The snow was somewhat choppy after having some cold temperatures and now warming up with a temperature inversion. It was about -15C at Vagabond Lodge and -6C at the top. There is a weather change happening starting this afternoon and if you believe the weather forecast, there is supposed to be snow off and on for the next week at least.
This is also a shameless plug for my new Phenix ski jacket and my new Kessler skis from Selkirk Sports at Kicking Horse Resort. Pretty sweet.
