The weather has been unbelievable here. Basically cloudless skies for the past month and temperatures staying nice and warm. Which means it doesn't get much better for hiking and golf and getting ready for winter. Neighbour Bob and I went for a great hike a couple days ago. We started off at Takakkaw Falls and hiked up to Yoho Lake. It is a good work-out and takes about an hour to get to the top of the pass where the lake is located. Gorgeous. From there we decided to continue over the pass into the Emerald Lake side of the pass and took the Burgess Pass trail for about another hour or so until we were above Emerald Lake. It was an amazing view looking down at what is one of of the most gorgeous sights in the Rockies. Overall, about a 5 hour hike and would recommend it to everyone. We passed 2 people in the entire time we were hiking. Great time of the year.
